Role: Residential Care Coordinator
Term: Full-time/permanent
Location: Onsite in Fredonia, NY
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-2pm
Compensation: starting at $16.73 Per Hour with tremendous growth potential

JOB FUNCTION:
The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of resident care at our Adult Care Facility. This individual will be responsible for mastering our medication procedures and executes them on a daily basis as well as helping to ensure all other staff are following proper medication procedures.
The Resident Care Coordinator is also responsible for scheduling, executing and following up on all resident psychiatric and medical appointments as well as assisting residents with personal care as needed.
This selected individual is expected to be kind, respectful and in tune with resident needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age and have the ability to read, write and speak English; adhere to an assigned schedule; ability to create and maintain a positive, healthy, cheerful, sense of acceptance and social belonging to residents; knowledge of facility operations, ability to carry out assignments and take care of emergencies and sudden illnesses of residents.
Other qualifications:
- Compassion, sensitivity and understanding for individuals suffering from mental illness and substance abuse.
- Experience with documentation
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
